That is how Calima started: an app that turns photos into personal books. With an editor and camera features I had been missing myself.

I wanted to make the organizing simpler. That became Trikoo: find dates, set up tournaments and keep track together.

One shared link leads to the schedule. Players don’t need an account.

I’m Michel Leotta.

Complex systems draw me in: who does what, where things get stuck, and why. Once I understand that, I look for the simplest solution that actually helps. Calima and Trikoo are two personal projects that came about this way. I do the concept, design and development myself – and take responsibility for everything in between.

      As Product Owner for digital solutions in defect management, responsible for requirements, backlog and stakeholders in a SAFe setting, through to delivery and continuous improvement. As tech lead and developer on an AI tool in production use that derives structured test specifications from requirements.
